Equipment
Both our rescue units carry identical equipment enabling trained crew to work on either unit. We also share a great deal of commonality with equipment carried on the Stage Safety Units associated with
the rescue group.

Born out of many years of motor sports rescue experience, much of the specialist motor sports rescue equipment we carry exceeds the minimum requirements set by the Motor Sports Association (MSA).

The breadth of equipment we carry varies from a comprehensive range of
trauma medical equipment to that of specialist hydraulic cutting, spreading and stabilising equipment, complimented by Monnex (dry powder) and FFFP (foam) fire fighting
apparatus.

How is all of the above funded? Mainly from the wallet of the unit owner / operator, plus monies contributed from event donations being continuously ploughed back into the units to keep them in the idealised configuration.
The owner / rescue crew themselves are all volunteers who give up their time for free.
